Sisters - Fryrear

It’s hard to beat an unobstructed view of the Cascades over lush, irrigated pasture from the back patio and all public parts of the house. As a bonus, this pasture belongs to the neighbor, so no need to take care of it or pay taxes on it. This modern farmhouse mixes subtle steel detailing, bright interiors, triangular windows, and glulam trusses to create a home that meets our clients’ needs and fits in perfectly in the area. The building envelope on this project was tighter than one might expect, so it took some creativity on the part of Spencer Williams to get so many rooms on the view side of the home. Kristy Yozamp got them off to a great start on the interiors and the homeowners have really dialed it in with personal touches since they moved into the home.
