Whether it’s a bare shell built by Pacwest, an existing building with a new owner, or a change in use for a current owner, Pacwest can help make the transition smoother. We can work with scopes from updating interior finishes and adding interior walls to meet a new use, to converting a design center to a chiropractic clinic with a hot water therapy pool, cardio exercise room, weight room, massage rooms, acupuncture rooms, and a large integrated interior water fall.
We also upgraded an older window factory to a solar inverter production facility with clean rooms, high-temperature burn rooms, as well as many spaces with proprietary systems designed specifically for their purposes. The design also included a large solar array used to test their product and will be a big advantage to all future users. After that business moved on, we converted the same facility into a production facility for a local beverage manufacturer where they are still producing their product.
