As a design/build firm, we always have projects in different phases of design as well as under construction. Here is a sneak peak at some of the homes that we’re currently designing and will be building soon. BIM (Building Information Modeling) software allows us to create renderings, solar studies, and walk-throughs to help our clients visualize their home prior to making final decisions and actually constructing the home. This also helps us make sure everyone is on the same page prior to moving forward with construction to avoid costly surprises in the field.
North Rim - Wild Rye
Designing homes in North Rim is always a fun challenge. Site planning for this home was very critical as it backs up to Mt Washington Dr., but opens up to the mountains to the NW. Working around existing “heritage trees” to pick up all available mountain views is key in North Rim.
Sisters - Annies Dr.
Most view lots we design on are in Bend and oriented west, towards the Cascades, but Spencer had the opportunity to design this home in Sisters around a different set of buttes with Eastern and Southern exposures.
Awbrey Butte - Starview
Situated on a down-sloping lot on Awbrey Butte, this mountain modern home takes full advantage of the big Cascade views over the tops of massive Ponderosa Pine trees.
Awbrey Butte - Metke
This home sits near the end of a quiet street on Awbrey Butte looking west at the Cascades over the homes and trees below.
Sisters - Fryrear
A few hundred yards down the road from another home designed in 2016 by Spencer Williams, sits another 2 acre parcel carved out of larger acreage.
