Like many of the homes Steve Van Sant has designed on Awbrey Butte, this home boasts some amazing views of the Cascades.  Steve balanced the cut and fill on the lot with this design to keep the driveway from becoming too steep, which is a common issue on Awbrey Butte, while maintaining great views from the main floor as well as from the walk-out basement.  The home not only has expansive outdoor spaces on the view side of the home, but also creates a more intimate, sheltered outdoor space with an entry courtyard with a stone wall surrounding a water feature as a great place to escape the heat on summer evenings.  

Kristy Yozamp made sure no interior detail was overlooked while working with the homeowners on selections from the antiqued finish of the island down to the deco runs in the bathrooms.  She also worked with them to make sure they were getting the most bang for their buck with all of their selections and using Pacwest's purchasing power to get them everything for the best deal around.
